Next I worked on Best Street Food or Takeaway category. For
this footage I improved upon the timing in some of the shots by extending the
pauses by using still images. It also needed a lot of colour correction and
enhancement as the original footage was very orange and dull from the light
source we were using at the time.

I
attempted to make the colour of the food vibrant and sharp to make it really
stand out and look appealing. This took a very long time to get everything to
look right but I think I achieved what I was aiming for. I think if there was
anything I could improve on it would be experimenting with colour a little more
and see what other variations I could come up with before settling on one
colour scheme. I could also play a little more with the timing of each
scene/shot within After Effects and make the actions more impactful and
exaggerated.
For
the final scene in Street Food I also replaced the green screen using the same
techniques as I did previously and used a kitchen tiled wall texture in its
place. I also brightened up the entire shot and increased its vibrancy:
